I finally got my garments from the tailor. About a month ago I gave him enough material for a pair of slacks and a pants suit. They both came out beautifully, and it’s amazing what a well tailored suit does for my figure. You can actually see my curves without seeing the bulges! Makes me feel so good about myself.
Having hips, ass and thick thighs makes it difficult for me to get a good pair of slacks for work. Sure, I can get skirts that fit me, but I always have to bring in the waist a little bit so it won’t do a gradual 360 when I walk. The pants I find always burst at the seams after a day, which means repairing them after every time I wear them, or they’re not made for my shape. Often they’re really tight, which means cat calls from all directions. But I can’t strut around the office in skin tight pants unless I’m prepared to get some kind of response about it. From the public I mean. Those Police Officers aren’t to tactful either.
So aside from that I’ve been super stressed with preparing for my audition, work, my theory exam and orchestra. I had a rehearsal yesterday and the solo sounded like the worst horse shit I’ve ever played in my life. I was practicing it at a much slower tempo than performance tempo. I’m pissed as hell, because I should have known he would have done it that fast, and also because I made myself look really bad. A whole 2 weeks and what? That shit? Oh no.
I’m going to re-attempt the whole exercising thing again. I’m going to wake up early tomorrow and take a brisk walk for half an hour. I’m too out of shape to jog, and it would be bad for my knee anyway.
I’m itching to go post on P739. Ciao.

I always wanted to get a suit tailored to me. But the times I have inquired about it, it’s always been super expensive. I’m glad that you were able to get a well tailored suit. I bet it’s amazing =)

I hear walking is better than running for buring calories, actually. I’ve got bum knees too, but that’s on account of my gravitational pull. I’m between XXL and XXXL, which is like a class M planet, I think *lol* So I certainly share your off-the-rack issues. Curves are superior! Maybe not mine, but I stand by hollared my sentiments!

Ah I understand! Sometimes it’s hard finding things that fit because I’m just not made like the average person. I’m glad you’ve got some clothes that you can feel good in! I love that feeling.

That’s great you can get tailor-made pants like that. A nice fit is really important, esp. in the work place.

That’s great that your custom orders came out as well as they did! I can imagine how good you must be feeling.
Good luck with everything going on right now. I hope things turn out well.

I’ve always wanted a special made clothes for me but I just don’t have the money to do it. Good luck with the audition and the excercising. I suck at excercising because I’m lazy…unless I’m dragged to the gym or have a gym buddy.

Wow, good think you had those pants made.
I hate pants that are too skinny, too! And hope you do well with the audition!

Hope you’re doing well.
I was wondering if you could send me a 88×31 button to link to your site with? I’m trying to lessen the amount of traffic on my sidebar and really prefer button links to text links anyway. You can email it to me or something.
thanks!
