I finally got my garments from the tailor. About a month ago I gave him enough material for a pair of slacks and a pants suit. They both came out beautifully, and it’s amazing what a well tailored suit does for my figure. You can actually see my curves without seeing the bulges! Makes me feel so good about myself. :) Having hips, ass and thick thighs makes it difficult for me to get a good pair of slacks for work. Sure, I can get skirts that fit me, but I always have to bring in the waist a little bit so it won’t do a gradual 360 when I walk. The pants I find always burst at the seams after a day, which means repairing them after every time I wear them, or they’re not made for my shape. Often they’re really tight, which means cat calls from all directions. But I can’t strut around the office in skin tight pants unless I’m prepared to get some kind of response about it. From the public I mean. Those Police Officers aren’t to tactful either.

So aside from that I’ve been super stressed with preparing for my audition, work, my theory exam and orchestra. I had a rehearsal yesterday and the solo sounded like the worst horse shit I’ve ever played in my life. I was practicing it at a much slower tempo than performance tempo. I’m pissed as hell, because I should have known he would have done it that fast, and also because I made myself look really bad. A whole 2 weeks and what? That shit? Oh no.

I’m going to re-attempt the whole exercising thing again. I’m going to wake up early tomorrow and take a brisk walk for half an hour. I’m too out of shape to jog, and it would be bad for my knee anyway.

I’m itching to go post on P739. Ciao.

I Need Rest, Please.

Wow…have I really been that busy?

Work has been very stressful, and I’m patiently waiting for my next salary to reach the bank. Aside from that there’s my audition for COSTAATT next month (College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad & Tobago). I applied to do their music program, and my audition is next month. (Excuse the repetition.) Also orchestra is taking up my time too. This leaves me with little or no free time to do whatever, but I still try my best to frequent Project Sex and Ecstasy.

What has been becoming more and more alarming are these pains I get in my wrists. I always had a problem with percussion and my hands, but now the pain is getting more intense and more common. I can’t type too much or else they start to hurt, and once that happens practicing is out of the question. Of course, I usually get all my practice done before I relax for the evening but still. There’s a physiotherapist I’m supposed to call. He’s going to examine my hands and tell me what’s up. I’m guessing I should have some x-rays done too, but that can wait once the therapist actually asks for it. The best thing is that he makes house calls, so it beats having to find his office.

But my health is in a state. Constant body aches and pains, constant headaches, I’m always stiff, always tired and I feel really run down. I’ve finally gotten around to finding a Doctor to be my GP again. I haven’t actually seen him yet but I should some time this week. My mother has been on my case to do so, because she’s worried that I’m seriously ill.
